Rogue One – Final Trailer!

Hey, guys! I know I haven’t posted in like two weeks and I just wanna make a quick announcement for my blog. Basically, this is no longer a daily blog. There are a few reasons for this. 1: I’m running out of ideas for posts. 2: Now, that I’m in 6th class we have more homework, resulting in less free time. 3: When I started this blog I never intended it to be a daily blog forever. I just wanted to do daily posts for a while so I can have some content already there. But don’t worry, I’ll still try to do multiple posts a week. Anyway, today we’re talking about the new Rogue One: A Star Wars Story trailer.  Enjoy.

If you haven’t watched this trailer yet, make sure you scroll down to the bottom of this page. It is embedded as a YouTube video.

Guys, this trailer is so awesome. I guess my only real problem with it is that Felicity Jones doesn’t sound all that serious. She sounded epic in that first trailer with This is a rebellion, right? I rebel. In this trailer, we get a lot more of her talking and although she’s talking about a superweapon that can potentially blow up entire planets, she sounds weirdly enthusiastic. I don’t know. Maybe its just me.

I love all of the scenery in this trailer, though. I mean, we get a small glimpse of some desert planet and it looks absolutely amazing. This movie is taking everything that was great about the original trilogy and using modern technology to make it look nicer.

I’m also pretty sure that this is the first time we’ve seen what a prison looks like in Star Wars. She’s there with a barred door and a stormtrooper on guard. I love the direction this film is taking. Its gonna have such a new atmosphere we haven’t see in a Star Wars movie before. It shows the dirty spy work behind all of the majestic Jedi with their gentlemen lightsaber duels.

And there’s also a flashback in there to Jen’s childhood. From what we got in this trailer, I’m guessing that her father was some sort of engineer, so the Empire captured him and made him help them make the Death Star. Sounds like this movie is going to have a very interesting plot. I know a lot of people don’t like it when movies use flashbacks, but I personally think that they can add a lot of interesting dynamics to the movie.

They’re requesting a call sign.

Its Rogue… Rogue One.

I hope you enjoyed this post. Don’t forget to like me on Facebook and subscribe to me on YouTube. But that’s it from me for now. So Long!
